About Us

Flinders Health and Wellness

Our Story

Flinders Health and Wellness was started by Brooke to create a collective of health professionals with a collaborative mindset within the Flinders Village. The goal has been to gather health professionals wanting to share a space together to diversify services within the community.

We started with just myself (an Osteo), however it was obvious different services were needed. Now we also have Remedial Massage and Physiotherapy within the space with more services to come.

Our Values

We all are passionate health providers, who want to ensure you feel safe and comfortable when you see us.

We value empathy within our care.

We value the use of evidence informed practices and guidelines.

We want to empower you in your recovery and provide you with the tools and help you need, when you need it.

We value diversity and are inclusive of all people, regardless of; background, size, nationality and are happily LGBTQI friendly.

Our Story

From humble beginnings in a small treatment room, to expanding into a larger space on Cook Street, and now coming full circle back to where it all started – our mission has remained unchanged: to provide care that matters, when you need it.

We're here to support not just our patients, but their families and carers too.

We've created a space where everyone can feel comfortable and respected, no matter what stage of life they're in or what challenges they're facing.

Our Team, Your Comfort

We've built a team who genuinely care – no judgment, no shame, no making you feel bad about yourself.

Life has its ups and downs for all of us, and we want you to feel safe reaching out for help whenever you need it.

We work with people from all walks of life – different backgrounds, ages, fitness levels, and life circumstances. That diversity is what makes this work so meaningful: being able to connect with people during challenging times and support them as they work toward their individual goals, whatever those might be.

We are proud to support patients and clients from the Mornington Peninsula, Flinders, Crib Point, Balnarring, Shoreham, Bittern, Boneo, Cape Schanck, Main Ridge, Red Hill and surrounds.
