Neck pain is a common problem that can arise from poor posture, desk work, stress, injury or underlying joint or muscle dysfunction. Many people experience stiffness, headaches, reduced mobility, or pain that radiates into the upper back or shoulders.
At Flinders Health and Wellness Clinic, our team assess how your neck, spine, and surrounding muscles are functioning to help work with you on addressing possible causes to the symptoms.
Treatments focuses on restoring movement, reducing tension, and helping you return to comfortable daily activities. Our goal is helping you understanding why this may be happening and provide you support to manage your pain.

Treatment for neck pain is tailored to your sensitivity and the underlying drivers of your symptoms. This may include techniques aimed at improving mobility of the cervical spine and reducing tension in surrounding muscles such as the upper trapezius and deep neck muscles.

Care may include dry needling, gentle joint mobilisation, traction, fascial release and practical strategies to help you manage neck pain. We focus on improving cervical movement, reducing muscular tension and supporting long-term recovery through education, posture awareness and active management.
